Explore hand-building with clay.

The day will begin with Kate guiding you through her favourite handbuilding techniques. We’ll then draw up ideas of how you can implement these to create a vessel. This could be a group of smaller builds creating a coffee set or perhaps a larger sculptural vase? The choice is yours.

There will be books to inspire and plenty of ideas and guidance from Kate.

Your finished creations will be fired and posted to your chosen address.

No experience is necassary, just a desire to get your hands on some clay and see what happens. Materials and lunch included. Further information will be provided well ahead of your course.
